Who is required to attend Convention?
- Every chapter must send at least two representatives, more are
encouraged to attend.
- All Neophytes are required to attend.
- BOT, Directors, Managers, and Regional Staff required to attend.
- Alumni members encouraged to attend.
Where is the host site for Convention?
- Courtyard by Marriott LaGuardia Hotel
- Meetings will be held at this location on Friday and Saturday.
- Block of rooms will be reserved for Brothers under F. I. A O.
- Multiple occupancy option to help deflect cost.
- Rate per room, per night from Thursday through Saturday night:
$152.00-$172.00 for single, double, triple and quad rooms (not included in
registration fee)
- Brothers are encouraged to stay at this site
What is the registration fee and what does it include?
- Early Registration after January until June 1, 2007: $150.00
- Regular Registration after June 1 until July 20, 2007: $200.00
- Includes networking reception, ticket to the 75th Anniversary Banquet,
convention t-shirt, awards, amenities, and some social activities.
Also helps cover hotel costs.
Can I register in person at convention?
- No. In-person registration the day of Convention will NOT be allowed!
May we bring guests?
- Guests may stay with you in your hotel room since you are responsible
for that fee and it is separate from the registration fee.
- Guests may attend the Banquet at a cost of $100.00, after 6/1/07 $125.00.
Please indicate on registration page.
- Guests may attend other social activities, but depending on
which event it is, a separate fee may be assessed at the time
of the event.
Where do I pick up my banquet tickets?
- The banquet tickets you ordered will be in your convention pack that you will receive when you check in.
May we reserve a table for the banquet?
- Tables can be reserved, but only after every single person sitting at that table is registered.

Will there be any transportation provided for Brothers to get to/from
Convention?
- Yes. There will be complementary shuttle service to and from the convention site and LaGuardia Airport
- There will also be shuttle service between the convention site and the Banquet.
- Also there is Shuttle Bus to Times Square for siteseeing, $7.00 per person, one way.
What is the required attire for Convention?
- The attire for all of Friday and Saturday’s meetings
is Business Professional.
- The attire for the 75th Aninversary Banquet is Black Tie
- The Convention Committee has negotiated discounted rates on tuxedos with Men's Wearhouse
- The Convention Coordinator reserves the right to deny entry to anyone
not in appropriate attire.
