Q: What airport should we fly into?
A: DCA (Ronald Reagan National) is the closest airport, with direct metro (WMATA rail service). IAD (Dulles International) and BWI (Baltimore-Washington International) are also viable options and can be accessed via taxi/app service.
Q: Once in/near DC, what are the public transportation options?
A: ‘The Metro’ refers to the transit service provided by WMATA, which operates rail-cars and buses. Google Maps is one of the many smartphone applications that you can use to plan your trip. The Blue Line will take you into the District. The closest station to the Convention Hotel is McPherson Square, approximately 4 blocks away.
Q: Are ride-share services available in Washington DC? (e.g., Uber, LYFT, Car2Go)

A: Check in at the official convention hotel will be available

A: Yes, there will be a group leaving the convention-sponsored hotel (Loews Madison Hotel) at 10 am, to head to the stadium via Metro.

Q: Will guests of those registered brothers be able to register for this event?

PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT DAY (Friday July 28th):

A: Business or Business casual. Keeping in mind we will have a professional photographer on site for headshots for registered brother.
VOLLEYBALL TOURNAMENT (Saturday July 29th 8 am – 11 am):
Q: Do you have to pre-register a team?
A: You can but it isn’t mandatory. You can also come solo and you’ll be put on a team.
WHITE HOUSE TOURS:
Q: Can I bring a family member(s) on the tour.
A: Yes, space permitting.
Q: What will I need to provide to reserve a space.
A: You will have to register online and provide personal information and have valid Government issued ID the day of.
Q: Will there be food and drink provided or should we eat prior.
A: Food and drink will be provided.
Q: Is it a black tie event?
A: Black tie optional, formal attire.
Q: Can I bring a guest?
A: Guest tickets may be purchased via convention.phiota.org. No guests will be admitted without a ticket.
AWARDS GALA AFTER PARTY:

A: After party venue is 18 to enter, 21 to drink.
