Convention Hotel

This year’s Convention will be held at the Courtyard by Marriott LaGuardia Hotel. A block of rooms have been reserved from Thursday night July 26^th through Saturday night July 29^th at a discounted rate of $152.00-$172.00 per room per night whether you choose a single, double, triple or quad. Most of the rooms come with 2 full-size beds, however our contact person said that another movable bed may be added to the room at no extra cost to account for multiple occupancy.

Please make your reservations early! Once we run over our reserved block of rooms, we are not necessarily guaranteed the discounted rate. But the earlier we are in filling these rooms, the better the chances of the hotel giving us the discounted rate for any additional rooms. Rooms are reserved at the discounted price until June 28, 2007.

Once an individual reservation has been made, any changes should be made directly with the Group Reservations Department. A credit card number or 1 nights advance deposit will be required to secure a room out of our block of rooms. Cancellations must be received 24 hours prior to arrival or 1 night room and tax will be assessed.
